Description: Join us for an engaging workshop on the power of trusting, boundaried teacher–student relationships. Through the lens of restorative practice, we’ll explore how post-incident conversations can strengthen relationships, improve behavior and engagement, foster social-emotional skills, reduce exclusionary discipline, and promote equity in the classroom. Together, we’ll reflect on the influential teacher–student relationships from our own childhoods, discuss strategies for building trust with students, and practice effective steps for conducting restorative conversations after challenging moments.
